Shipping, delivery and return

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours, in green letter followed. The tracking number will be sent to you by email. Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 working days (according to the information displayed on the site www.laposte.fr ).

The shipping costs charged include: postage in green letter with tracking, cardboard packaging, labels, etc...

I go to La Poste every day by bike for the sake of eco-responsibility (A/R 12 kilometres).

The return for exchange is possible without problem. For that, nothing could be simpler, contact me by email gilles@boutonsarecouvrir.com . I will give you the address and return details. Return and re-shipment postage will be your responsibility.
